3. Military Service Member Specific Terms

While PCS Pal provides services specifically designed for military service members, including PCS date filtering and base proximity features, we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Users should:

Verify all housing information independently through their base housing office
Not solely rely on commute time calculations for making housing decisions
Understand that BAH and military discount information is provided by property owners and should be verified
Be aware that military status verification may be required for certain features or discounts

4. Property Listings and Subscription Terms

Property owners and managers agree to:

Provide accurate and current information about their properties
Update listing status promptly when properties are no longer available

Honor any military discounts or special terms advertised

Comply with all fair housing laws and military protections under the SCRA

Future Paid Services

PCS Pal currently offers free property listings but may introduce paid features. Users acknowledge that:

Paid subscription plans may be introduced with enhanced features
Users will receive 30 days notice before any changes to the free model
Pricing for paid listings will be clearly displayed
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of subscriptions
Special rates or military discounts may be offered

5. Disclaimer

The materials on PCS Pal are provided on an 'as is' basis. PCS Pal makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

PCS dates and deployment information
Base assignments and commute preferences
BAH rates and housing allowance details
Military status and verification documents
